THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES TO AUTOMATE THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTING AN INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE EXAMPLE OF AN ANIMAL SHELTER

This article discusses the possibility of automating business processes using artificial intelligence using the example of an animal shelter. A solution is proposed that automates the process of adding information about new pets to the accounting system. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed solution, three parameters were set: the average time of registration of one pet, the total time for entering information, the time for creating a description, and the quality of the description. The results of this study showed that using the proposed approach can significantly reduce the execution time of the processes of introducing new information into the system and have a significant impact on the business processes of the shelter, which was shown using diagrams in BPMN notation.
