The article presents the results of a study of 156 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) on the background of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia syndrome (UCTDS), in order to assess the level of homocysteine (Hcy) depending on the degree of damage to the coronary bed. Enzyme immunoassay was used to study the HC level. Oxyproline was determined in the blood serum to confirm UCTD by enzyme immunoassay. The IBM Statistics 28 and StatTech v. 3.1.8 programs were used to conduct statistical data analysis. The Mann-Whitney test was used to conduct intergroup comparisons in 2 groups. The Kruskal Wallis test was used to conduct intergroup comparisons in 3 or more groups. The P-value was less than or equal to 0.05. Pearson's x2 criterion was used to compare qualitative data.

Keywords:acute coronary syndrome, undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, structural and functional parameters of the heart, homocysteine, coronary artery.
