MULTICRITERIA ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES IN LOGISTICS PROBLEMS

Modern experience has shown many times that the implementation of various types of information systems for automated information processing and calculations can significantly increase the competitive advantage of an organization. Modern software and computing tools are capable of working with huge amounts of information and performing complex and resource-intensive calculations in a matter of seconds. However, as a rule, these software systems operate according to a data processing model or a mathematical model. Accordingly, the task of developing a methodology for reducing problems arising in the everyday sphere to mathematical problems becomes urgent. This article presents an analysis of the problems solved in such an area of the company’s life as logistics. The introduction of a methodology for formalizing logistics tasks in the terminology of multi-criteria analysis of alternatives tasks creates the prerequisites for the introduction of new automated software tools in small, medium and large businesses.
