MULTICRITERIAL ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES IN THE TASKS OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN AN ORGANIZATION

The process of personnel management at an enterprise has always played a vital role in the existence of the organization. At the same time, new methods of working with the organization’s personnel are constantly being improved and introduced, aimed at increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. In parallel with this, methods of exact sciences, such as mathematics, probability theory, statistics, etc., are being developed and improved. Recent advances in the field of computer science and computer science make it possible to automate many mathematical calculations and work with large volumes of numerical and textual information. In this research work, a methodology for the transition of personnel management problems to a mathematical problem of multicriteria analysis of alternatives will be compiled and methods for automating the corresponding calculations will be presented. The results of the work have high practical value and can be implemented in enterprises of any type.
