DATABASES CUTTING FLUIDS: APPLICATIONS IN MANUFACTURING, EDUCATION AND AUTOMATION

This article discusses the feasibility and importance of creating and using databases for storing and searching cutting fluids by specified characteristics in the context of manufacturing, training, and automation. The benefits of such databases in optimizing cutting fluids use, inventory management, improving quality control, and meeting safety standards are shown. The possibilities for training and improving the skills of employees, as well as for developing training programs based on the created databases are described. Particular attention is paid to the integration of databases with manufacturing systems and process automation, which facilitates data analysis, forecasting, and decision support. The impact of database creation on the efficiency of manufacturing process management is also discussed.
