The use of digital technologies is an undeniable incentive for the development of the economy and the transformation of public and state institutions, but at the same time they are sources of new risks. Digitalization and openness of economic entities pose certain threats to the sovereignty of states, create additional opportunities for information and technological impact from the outside world on the information infrastructure of the state. The article discusses the main directions of ensuring strategic stability and cyber stability, as well as the key principles of ensuring cyber stability of information sphere objects.
