ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY

Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are the main cause of death of the adult population in Russia, accounting for 46.3% of the total number of deaths. In 2016, 187,240 cases of acute myocardial ischemia (MI) were registered, of which 17.7% were fatal already upon hospitalization. In 2015, this figure was 18.6%. Approximately 90% of all cases of acute myocardial ischemia occur in MI, and the remaining cases relate to other forms of acute coronary heart disease. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is an acute injury to the heart muscle caused by insufficient blood supply. To diagnose AMI that is not associated with a previous heart attack or coronary bypass surgery, it is necessary to detect an increase in the concentration of cardiac troponin in the blood. In this article, we consider a unique clinical case of a patient with myocardial infarction, the presence of a beautiful ST depression with obvious signs of a heart attack in the context of myocardial hypertrophy requires additional examinations and careful supervision by medical personnel. The results of such studies will allow us to more accurately determine the cause of this condition and consider the possibilities of treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
