The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the adaptive reactions of students of the pedagogical university of the Stavropol Territory. Taking into account the results of modern research, practical material on the main issues of human adaptation is presented: the influence of various environmental factors, functional features of the body's response to their effects; physiological indicators of labor intensity. A conceptual approach to the assessment of adaptive reactions has been developed. The ideas of students' adaptation to new living conditions.
