Tikhonov Vladislav Eduardovich  (Tyumen Industrial University, Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Production, Department of Cybernetic Systems)

Cherny Danil Igorevich  (Tyumen Industrial University, Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Production, Department of Cybernetic Systems)

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of improving the reliability, efficiency, maneuverability and maintainability of gas pumping units (GPA). In conditions of long-term operation and a variety of operating modes, the task of preventing accidents caused by failure of parts and moving elements is acute. The article analyzes traditional methods of diagnostics of technological equipment for gas compression, such as dynamic methods, flaw detection, pollution control and thermal scanning. Despite their effectiveness, these methods have limitations in detecting internal faults, are insufficient for analyzing dynamic processes and require additional data. The article emphasizes the need to apply modern diagnostic methods based on machine learning, data analysis and artificial intelligence. An experimental HPA diagnostic system based on the existing automatic control system has been developed, which made it possible to optimize the operating mode

Keywords:gas pumping unit, diagnostics, neural networks, reliability, optimization.
