The article presents the main provisions of a methodological approach to solving the problem of managing the actual performance of trusted software and hardware complexes in order to ensure that they perform their functional tasks under conditions of uncertainty in determining reliability and security parameters. The proposed approach is based on the methods of the sensitivity theory of complex systems and can be implemented with a balanced planning of measures to ensure functional, structural reliability and the development of information security management systems.
