A comparative analysis of the diagnostic efficiency of three methods of radiation diagnostics of breast cancer was performed: mammography with tomosynthesis (MMG + T), ultrasound examination (US) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The analysis showed that MRI has the highest sensitivity and specificity, providing the most accurate detection of the disease and high prognostic value. Ultrasound is effective in detecting tumors in women with high tissue density, while MMG + T still remains an important screening tool. The combined use of all three methods improves diagnostics in complex clinical cases and increases the accuracy of monitoring patients with a high risk of cancer. The results of the study emphasize the need for an individual approach to the choice of visualization methods to achieve maximum diagnostic efficiency.
