THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO COUNTER FRAUD

The article is devoted to topical issues of the use of artificial intelligence in the fight against cyberbullying. The paper proposes a mathematical and linguistic model based on which a virtual interlocutor with artificial intelligence (chatbot) has been developed to increase the effectiveness of protection against a type of cyberfraud – telephone scam.
