In the modern world, dental implant replacement of dental row defects is the leading method of rehabilitation. However, depending on various circumstances, the amount of bone tissue is not always enough. In such situations, dental surgeons resort to bone augmentation surgery. This article presents a clinical case of a patient in 1983 who complained about the exposure of dental implants in areas 11 and 21.
