THE EFFECT OF VARIOUS CELL ACTIVATION METHODS ON THE LEVEL OF SECRETION OF PRO-INFLAMMATORY CYTOKINES BY HUMAN BLOOD NEUTROPHILS

The article provides a comparative characteristic of the level of secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines by human blood neutrophils using various methods of cell activation: in vitro (latex particles or adhesion on plastic), as well as in vivo (in conditions of acute purulent wound process). The results of the study showed that stimulation of human blood granulocytes by the above methods leads to a change in the levels of secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines. These changes are unidirectional, but their severity varies.
