DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A UNIVERSAL COLLECTOR MODULE FOR REPORTS ON CONDUCTED MAINTENANCE FOR AUTOMATION OF REPORTING IN A TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY: ARCHITECTURE AND FUNCTIONALITY

The article presents the results of the development and implementation of a module for a universal collector of reports on the technical maintenance (TM) of base stations, implemented for the telecommunications company PJSC VimpelCom. The main objective of the study was to create a flexible tool that allows standardizing the reporting process while maintaining the possibility of manual control by users. The developed solution provides an intuitive interface for selecting key sheets of Excel files and determining significant cells containing critical data on the work performed. The development methodology included the use of modern web technologies based on PHP and MySQL, using specialized libraries for processing file data (for working with Excel and for creating archives). Particular attention was paid to the system architecture, which ensures reliable storage of reports and accompanying photo materials with the possibility of their subsequent audit. The implementation of the module was accompanied by comprehensive testing in real operating conditions of PJSC VimpelCom. The results of the implementation showed a significant improvement in key indicators: the number of data entry errors when generating reports decreased to an average of 2% per report, document processing time decreased by an average of 95%, and document flow transparency increased due to automatic recording of metadata (date/time of download, user IDs). The data obtained confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach and its potential for scaling to other telecommunications companies. The study demonstrates the relevance of developing specialized solutions for automating reporting management in the telecommunications industry, combining the flexibility of manual control with the benefits of system standardization. Further prospects for the work are associated with the integration of machine learning mechanisms for automatically identifying significant data in reports.
