An intelligent recommendation system has been developed for the automated routing of patients in healthcare institutions based on described symptoms. The use of natural language processing and machine learning techniques allows for recommending specialists for initial consultation. The proposed system improves the efficiency of medical care, reduces the workload of primary care physicians, and contributes to the optimization of healthcare resources.
