DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ECOTOURISM IN RUSSIA: DESIGNING DIGITAL SERVICES FOR TOURISTS

Ecotourism, being a special form of tourism, is related to the goals of sustainable development, ensuring the development of territories taking into account the ecological balance, preservation of cultural heritage and economic development. The article studies the current state of ecotourism in Russia and concludes that it is necessary to digitally transform the processes of its organization and management. The integrated use of system analysis methods allowed to establish key objects, processes and their characteristics to create functional requirements for the software product. The main categories of users, their level of access to resources and functional capabilities, and the level of interaction of users of one category with each other and with other categories were determined. The use of object-oriented design method allowed us to develop a model of interaction of user categories with the functionality of the designed software product.
