The research is devoted to the analysis of the problems of creation, development and maintenance of ontologies as a key component of information support for organizational systems management systems in the segment of Internet service providers. The article discusses the theoretical foundations and methods of ontological modeling, the integration of ontologies into management decision-making processes, as well as software tools to support semantic models in the information and telecommunications industry. The focus is on the issues of efficiency, quality and actualization of ontologies in the context of digital business transformation.
