Traditional dentistry has always relied on proven methods for decades. After complete removal of the front tooth, the patient was given a partial removable plate immediate prosthesis, a procedure that was considered standard. However, this habit concealed the complexity, the need for repeated relocation during healing, and even the risks associated with an individual reaction to materials, such as the presence of a residual monomer in polymethylmethacrylate, which can cause local reactions. Our article presents a clinical case for the restoration of an aesthetically significant extracted tooth in the shortest possible time. The treatment was planned as a well-coordinated technological process: removal, preparation of the extracted tooth, installation of their own tooth in the area of the extracted tooth, and implantation will be performed upon completion of the healing period. This approach not only accelerated the restoration of aesthetic function, but also allowed minimizing the psychological discomfort that inevitably accompanies the use of a removable immediate prosthesis.
