The article reveals a number of features of counteraction to unmanned aerial vehicles to ensure public safety based on the fact that the modern use of UAVs is aimed, among other things, at destroying social and critical infrastructure facilities that have a purely civilian purpose and are located deep in the rear of the country, which creates the need for the use of comprehensive measures to counter UAVs. Comprehensiveness implies the adoption of a law and other regulations, as well as the adoption of technical measures.
