Deep incisal malocclusion is characterized by excessive overlap of the maxillary anterior teeth with the lower anterior teeth and a lack of incisal-cuspal contact between the anterior teeth. Various opinions exist regarding the methods and timing of orthodontic treatment for various forms of deep incisal malocclusion. Treatment using the proposed algorithm resulted in improved functional and aesthetic outcomes for the patients. The patients' appearance improved, the center between the dental arches became more even, and occlusal relationships were normalized.
