At the global level, the implementation of AI demonstrates significant economic efficiency, but in Russian conditions they manifest themselves unevenly, which is associated with institutional, infrastructural and regulatory features. The article considers artificial intelligence in logistics. A comparative analysis of domestic and foreign studies and implementation practices is carried out. Successful implementation cases and practices are given as examples, where AI showed limited efficiency or did not justify the invested resources at all. The methodological novelty lies in the comparison of Russian and foreign studies, identifying differences in approaches, metrics and performance.
Keywords:artificial intelligence, efficiency, logistics, integration, routing.
