OPTIMIZATION OF TACTICS FOR MANAGING COUPLES WITH MALE FACTOR INFERTILITY

The article presents modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility within the framework of a comprehensive approach to the management of infertile couples. The causes, etiological factors, and current methods of correction of pathospermia are discussed. The possibilities of optimizing the management tactics of patients are analyzed considering the latest clinical guidelines, as well as the role of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the treatment of the male factor of infertility. Special attention is paid to the choice of individualized therapy schemes aimed at improving fertilization efficiency and achieving pregnancy. Based on the literature review, recommendations for optimizing the management of couples with male factor infertility are provided.
