The results of a comparative analysis of the relationship between markers of allostatic load and the nature of disorders in the female reproductive system are considered. 114 women of reproductive age were examined. By processing statistical data, it was found that the ratio of DHEA to cortisol is a predictive marker of depletion of the body's adaptive reserves in women with moderate stress levels, and specific disorders in the regulation of biomarkers were identified in patients with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. The necessity of improving diagnostics and preventive strategies in women with chronic stress is determined.
Keywords:chronic stress, cortisol, DHEA, reproduction, secondary hypothalamic-pituitary hypogonadism
