The article examines an approach to integrating quantitative indicators of digital activity and qualitative characteristics of employees’ emotional background. Text and voice messages are analyzed, on the basis of which a model for constructing a psychological profile has been developed. The model aggregates metrics from various sources, which makes it possible to identify the dynamics of changes in work activity and link them to communication patterns. Moving averages, normalization, and threshold analysis are applied to provide both retrospective evaluation and short-term forecasting. The results demonstrate the practical significance of this approach for HR analytics and managerial decision-making in the context of digital transformation.
