This paper presents a clinical case of successful treatment of invasive cervical cancer in a patient with pregnancy preservation. At the first stage of diagnosis, after verification of the malignancy, a follow-up examination was performed to determine the involvement of regional lymph nodes. At about 14 weeks of pregnancy, the patient underwent laparoscopic lymphadenectomy with subsequent histologic examination of the lymph nodes. The lymph nodes were found to be intact, therefore a decision was made to prolong the pregnancy up to 32 weeks with planned delivery by cesarean section and hysterectomy. Adjuvant therapy was performed - 2 courses of alkylating cytostatics starting from the 19th week of pregnancy and radiation therapy in the postpartum period. Pregnancy and delivery proceeded without fetal complications, the patient is in stable remission, at the moment freedom from recurrence is 49 months.
