An insurance fraud in foreign countries: the review of criminalistics studies

The article considers the question about scientific researches in the field of criminalistics measures of insurance fraud counteraction, available in the studies of foreign authors. The author summarizes information about accumulated scientific «baggage» of forensic knowledge, results its content analysis and defines the least studied issues («white spots») of considered problematics.
