Kamalieva Gulshat Timerzyanovna  (Head of the Chancellery of the Judicial Division No. 128 of the Magistrate of the Kuzminki District of Moscow; Postgraduate student Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Moscow )

In this article the main results of the dissertation research in the field of civil law terms are given. It is proposed to make a legal definition of "reasonable time", "indefinite period" in Article 190 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. According to the specified norm, the terms are calculated by the calendar date or the expiration of a period of time that is calculated by years, months, weeks, days or hours, or is associated with the onset of an inevitable event. The author also notes that the legislator uses the wording associated with an indefinite period in the norms of the law, but there is no precise regulation that it is necessary to understand under it: either this term is connected with an infinite period of time or it is a period depending on certain legal circumstances or it is - any other period.

Keywords:term, reasonable term, indefinite term, time, event, beginning of the term, expiration of the term.
