The risks faced by microfinance organizations and the conditions of their reduction

In recent years, the activities of microfinance institutions that issue loans to the population at high interest rates for a short period of time have become widespread. However, the activities of such organizations are quite controversial, because they involve high risks of non-receipt of interest and non-payment of principal from borrowers. Organizations of this type should form an effective risk management system that will allow them to develop successfully.
