Conductivity temperature dependence of W and Ni nanopowders

In this paper conductivity of W and Ni nanopowders when stoving are investigated. Temperature dependence of conductivity has semiconductor nature. Drastic decrease in conductivity at 260-270°С (Ni) and 280-290°С (W) is determined.
