The interconnected process control system that can be described by a linear static model is considered. The transfer matrix of this process as a control plant is a priori unknown but a bounded region to which its elements belong is known. It is assumed that this region may include elements specifying ill-conditioned and singular matrices. Within the so-called generalized inversion, a new method for the adaptive controlling these uncertain plants based on the parameter identification of a fictitious plant with unknown but non-singular transfer matrix is proposed. Simulation results are given.
