Strategic environmental management using the implementation of information and commutation system of environmental audit based on singular spectrum analysis and intersubjective analysis

At the moment, the problem of fresh water shortage is an urgent one, so it requires to address control and maintaining issues of drinking water quality. In this paper offer of using an electronic environmental audit to support decision making in the implementation of environmental protection (in particular water protection) activity is made. Consideration is given to the structure of the automated data-collection system based on cloud technology. A software implementation of information support of cognitive multiagent expert-analytical system is described.
