Increase of interaction efficiency in web applications for team collaboration

The represented article is addressed to research a concept of "team collaboration". In the article, there are described main facilities, which are used for the organization of joint activity of any group of people. There are also described ways for increasing an efficiency of interaction between participants of the group. One of the main methods of team collaboration efficiency increasing considered in article is a use of the voice messages, which possess a number of advantages in comparison with the text one. Besides, author considers the existing web applications, which could provide a basis for team collaboration process.
