Modern children have lower levels of health than their peers a few decades ago. And it is children's health can serve as an indicator of social well-being and the attitude towards them of the state determines the degree of its civilization. In the current environment, are important research aimed at developing measures to improve health outcomes of the child population, improving the organiza-tion of health care, improve its quality, the search for optimal organizational forms.
