ACS strategic planning at the enterprise: refinement of methodological and instrumental basics of planning schemes

Theoretical and tool fundamentals of methodology of strategic planning at the entity are specified. The relation of formal and expert methods when forming criterion function which of condition of optimization the rational planned decision is created is established. The possible and most natural scheme of scaling of znachimost of factors at various levels of hierarchy of the purposes and tasks of the entity is considered. Features of the applied numerical optimization methods of multiple parameter criterion functions are specified. The author's line item about the possible place and a role of the offered system of dynamic strategic planning in an enterprise management system is provided.
