With the aim of therapeutic drug monitoring methods have been developed for the quantitative determination of pharmaceutical preparations chemotherapeutic purpose – cyclosporine a and everolimus. The basis of the developed methods – high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection. All methods successfully implemented in the analysis of samples obtained from patients.
