This is facilitated by the physical and geographical features of the region, its economic characteristics and relatively calm military-political situation. In addition, the solution of the existing problems of Russia in the Barents sea, most likely, will be a major step in addressing the problems of the Russian Arctic will create the necessary precedents for strengthening of positions of Russia in this direction.
