Review of judicial practice concerning re-planning and reorganization of living quarters

One of the most actual problems in the housing sphere is work on re-planning (reorganization) in living quarters. The problem is connected, as a rule, with the fact that each user of living quarters wishes to create himself comfortable conditions of accommodation in him, but ideas of comfortable conditions at each person its. In article atypical lawsuits concerning re-planning and a reorganization of living quarters are analyzed. Also legislative changes promoting decrease in number of lawsuits on this category of affairs are offered.
