Synergy of self-similarity of St. Petersburg’ information space

The article describes the concept of self-similarity of state information systems that form the cloud information space of St. Petersburg. It is shown that, unlike the traditional set of information and telecommunication technologies, cloud information structures are self-similar in relation to each other, which makes it possible to speak about their integration into the global online ecosystem, characteristic of the current development of mankind and possessing the properties of systematicity. It is proved that the clusters of information systems have synergistic properties, a methodology for calculating the synergy effect arising from the use of cloud information systems is presented, as well as corresponding calculations that numerically characterize these properties in clusters of information systems of St. Petersburg. The expediency of application of the considered approach in the process of information space management is shown to increase the efficiency of the implemented measures in the field of regional informatization.
