Analysis of functions goal setting making government economic area for providing security company information

This article analyzes one of the factors in the formation corruptional component of the economy and the social sphere, associated with a typical threat to security of the balanced interests of society and the state - goal-setting activities of the various social groups - administrative oligarchy and the people as a subject of constitutional government in Russia. These differences are carefully masked the political rhetoric, to be opened in the course of analysis of scientifi c and expert community as an instrument of social control.
