Anesthesia mandibular teeth taking into account individual features of the structure of the maxillofacial region

In the study of 502 patients CT scan revealed the individual features of the structure of the mandible in 24 patients (4.8%). Lack of pain relief was observed in 68 patients (13.5%), which caused the need for additional analgesia. The innervation teeth and mucosa alveolar bone nerves are involved, penetrating into the lower jaw from the oral cavity. Most often it manifests itself in the field of cutting tools, the first of the third molars. Recommendations to improve the efficiency of anesthesia.
