Engineering services determine the location of the subscriber systems of the emergency services

The article is devoted to the designing of new services - the subscriber loca-tion determination to call emergency services applications. The relevance of the article is associated with the rapid development of information and tele-communication technologies, contributing to the rapid growth in information and communications industry. The article presents a significant interest in a wide range of readers - how to companies operating in the market of infor-mation and communication technologies, as well as to the service users of these companies. So, it is not enough for today's users of communication services to make use of the mobile phone just as the intercom, they begin to make demands on the provision of new services by operators. For more profits and market retention it is necessary as soon as possible and cheaper for telecommunications operators to create new services to attract subscrib-ers, while remaining competitive in the market. The article presents new services - namely, information and communi-cation services, as a symbiosis of telecommunication services and infor-mation technology. These services involve automated processing, storing and providing information requested by the user using the computer equip-ment at both ends of the connection. The article deals with the application of system design techniques of the information and communication services for next generation networks, allowing to determine the location of the subscrib-er terminal at a call on a single number of the emergency services. Competi-tive advantages of using this technique lie in the use of the UML notation and the computing environment of the software design (CASE-system).
