Arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis

The article is devoted to the issues of arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis. Arthrodesis of the ankle at the present level of development of clinical medicine is considered the gold standard for post-traumatic arthrosis, deforming arthrosis with osteonecrosis, and infection. Proposed modifications to the set of surgical interventions with open arthrotomy of the ankle joint. One technique involves osteotomy of the fibula. This technology is always fraught with danger edge necrosis, postoperative wounds of wound infection.
