Model of formation of a mortgage loan on the basis of balance of supply and demand of final price of residential real estate

Article is devoted consideration of three basic groups of indicators of competitiveness of residential real estate. Process of formation of final cost of the flats got by means of a mortgage loan is in detail considered. The analysis of balance of supply and demand on final cost of considered production is carried out. Three consumer strategies on the basis of the considered model are defined.
