Improving the system of placement and to ensure public order

In this paper we consider a system of accommodation and ensure public order. It is noted that the main purpose of the administrative reform is to improve public administration, and in particular to improve the quality and accessibility of public services, as well as the overall performance of the executive branch. In light of this to improve management efficiency and quality of the placement of state and municipal contracts are marked urgent systemic problem of the first stage. The study concluded that the use of electronic public procurement placement dramatically increases the efficiency of procurement procedures.
