Concept and content of public regulation of social relations

The article deals with the public regulation of social relations. It is noted that it includes public and legal and illegal control of the social relations in the public sphere. The author believes that the public and legal regulation, in turn, is represented in the form of public regulation and municipal-regulation. By unlawful regulators in the public sphere in the opinion of the author should be included customs, traditions, moral standards, political standards
