Low cost of skilled labor - the main limiting factor the innovation economy in Russia

The article considers the low cost of labour as the main factor of deterrence modern innovative economy. Contrary to the common-страненному opinion it is proved, that in Russia is excessive interest-intensity, high productivity with its extremely low cost. This is the major limiting factor in the development of innovation economy, as well as significantly reduced the demand for high-technology products and knowledge. The simplified structure of the economy, constrained by its growth.
