Factors and forms of small business development in the region

The main factors influencing the system of small entrepreneurship have been described in the article. The small and medium sized entities are the essential part of Russian economy, which are intimately and closely associated with it. The terms of business operating and environmental factors affect the developing of small and medium sized entitles. On the other hand the small entrepreneurship as itself cause the setting up of mentioned factors. Thus we can observe continuous cooperation. Combination of a lot of factors allows clearly articulate the major forms of development of small and medium sized business.
