Social contexts of corporate management

The article is devoted to the investigation of modern concepts of corporate structures management. The social nature of corporate management is analyzed. The origin of theory and practice of corporate governance from economic and social point of view is investigated. Corporate management is understood as the system of social and managerial interaction.
