Small business management at the municipal level

Most industrialized countries pay special attention to small businesses, develop and improve the software development - in good time and support programs - in the crisis period, as Small business is the most vulnerable part of the national economy, because of its features, such as lack of working capital, high competitiveness, lack of reserves, the difficulty of obtaining loans and so on.
